Cannot open links on virgin.net webmail
I've recently switched from Internet Explorer browser to Mozilla Firefox, and find that I cannot now access the links in my virgin.net webmail. These were never underlined - but accessible - in IE, but with Mozilla nothing happens even if I highlight and try to copy the link, therefore I cannot paste it either. "Underline links" is already ticked under my tools menu - is there a solution?

Broken or unclickable links are usually caused by your browser's settings or by security software that conflicts with Virgin Media Mail.
To reset your browser, run it in safe mode, or run it in no-extension mode (browser dependent), you will need to find the latest instruction from your Browser's developer.
Once in safe mode, or no-extension mode, you will need to test if the problem has been resolved. If not, you can try to reset your browser to default settings. Remember, this will remove any customisations you may have added.
