    Does anyone know where the clean out pipe is typically located on a residential property in Florida?

    Greetings from Sarasota,
    Most of the local Florida codes mandate that a cleanout be installed not over eighteen inches from the foundation and brought to grade. Over time dirt may cover it but if you scuff around the house in the direction of the city sewer street tap or your septic tank it should be there. Good luck, Tom
