60 Days to get a loan or move out
My home was foreclosed up on. I went to court on October 1, 2007, where the judge approved the sale of the house. I requested 60 days to buy the house back or move out, it was granted by the judge. It has not even been 30 days yet and the neighbors said the sheriff department showed up on October 12, 2007 and was walking around the house. The sheriffs told the neighbors that we have not paid our mortgage in over a year and they will be coming out next week to put us out. Can they put us out, even though the judge grant us 60 days?

You should probably call the sheriffs department to see what exactly they came there for rather than take the word of your neighbor.
Make the sheriffs dept aware of the court order as well.
