    30 Day Notice
I'm in a month to month agreement with my landlord and I gave a 30 day notice 0n 10-09-07 but I have changed my mind, am I obligated to leave the premises or is there a law or something that can help to stay in the apartment?

Ask your apartment manager... A nice manager would say that you can stay, since in most states you are only obligated to give a 20 day notice.

I am in California and I was recently contacted by a collector who said I owed money for unpaid rent to my old apartment complex.
