    In the state of Indiana if a husband and wife have a joint will and the husband dies, can the wife go back and change her part of the will?:(

    The wife should just make a new Will. He husband is dead and she needs something changed, a new one might be best.

    She does not actually go back and change, she merely writes a new will.
    She is free to write a new will at any time even before her husband dies
