300 series won't start even though I used it 2 weeks ago. Is it the timing? If so,how do you time it?

If it ran fine 2 weeks ago when you shut it down, the problem is likely with the fuel. Drain the bowel and check to see that the needle valve makes a complete seal when raised up. Clean any debris. Reassemble the bowel and try to start it. Come back and tell us what happened.
