    Co-signed a motorcycle loan.
I co-signed for my ex-boyfirend's son on a loan of $10,000.00. He is not making the payments. What can I do to protect my credit and do I have legal rights to the motorcycle. How do I legally retrieve the motorcycle?

You protect your credit by making payments. You would have to sue the son for non payment to attach the cycle. You could then sell it and pay off as much of the loan as you can.
