When I was a kid my boxer bullied all the other dogs. She had to literally fight with them. She didn't bite them and draw blood but she growled and attacked them. She was never taught this at all. My grandmother got a cockapoo and what I did to get her use to her was I held her on a lease on one side of a screen door and had my grandmothers dog on the other side of the door. I did this everyday for a few minutes so she could sniff her and get use to her until she started showing more and more curiousity about my grandma's dog and acting less and less aggressive until I felt she was safe to put on the other side of the door and eventually they became friends. It took around a week.

What you have to do is take over. The key to most behavior problems is approaching things using the dog's natural instincts. Dogs see all the people and dogs in the household as a pack with each having their own rank in the pack and a top dog. Life is much easier if the 2 legged pack members outrank the 4 legged ones. You can learn to play the role of top dog by reading some books or going to a good obedience class. A good obedience class or book is about you being top dog, not about rewarding standard commands with a treat. Start at Raising Your Dog with the Monks of New Skete For more on being top dog, see Establishing and Keeping Alpha Position, Letting your dog know you are the boss

As soon as he shows any aggression to the other dog or cats, give him a sharp ''Ah, ah, ah!'' and offer him a chew toy.

I would say the obedience classes are your best bet, teach your dog t get along with everyone else. Show no tolerance or pride in it being aggressive, as it considering you leader might do that to impress you.
