    Cannot boot from CD
I have a bunch of spyware that no program I've tried can get rid of, so I've decided to start from scratch and format. As I understand it I need to boot from my XP cd to do this, here's the problem. The CD-ROM drive that the computer came with is stuck, it turns out. There's an audio CD in it and I just CANNOT get it open. When I hit eject it sounds like it's trying to but is stuck on something. I have a DVD-Burner that I installed after market but I can't seem to boot from it. I tried uninstalling and disabling my first CD-ROM drive and setting the BIOS to only boot from IDE CD-ROM drive but it won't recognize my DVD-Burner.

To unstick the CD, insert a paper clip into the small round hole in the drive tray and Presto, the drawer will open.

A straighten paper clip can open your stucked cd drive. Insert it on a small hole in front of your cd drive. Regarding the boot-up process there may be other issues you must resolved. Read it here: How to Boot from CD Drive?

The reason why is doing like is that, what make it to come and in has weaked (Mechanism) .
1.off the PC and disconnect it from outlet, insert a pint inside the maual open surface to draw it out remove your audio cd and put bootable winxp professional inside the cd rom maunally.

2.on the PC back and go to your setup utility by pressing Del,f1,f2 or f3 it base on the bios manufatural you are using after that go to boot order, boot sequence and put your cd has first booting, save the changes and exit. After the exiting PC we restart once your PC is on start presing space bar until you see that the cd have been detected by showing some information of setup. Follow the instruction to do the installation.

3.if you configure your DvD burner and is not reading win xp professional try and get another cd rom for the installation.
