    Bumps in breasts

I have 4 tumers in my left breast. When I went to the doc they just took and altrasound and a breast exam confirming that they were there prety much. I thought they were cysts but I guess not. The point is, is that I've had these things for like 2 years and they hurt. I wanted 2 know why they didn't do a biopsy or anything. The doc made me feel stupid like I even asked about them. I know its prob nothing serious but I would like 2 know why there still growing and is it safe 2 get them removed?

    GIRLFRIEND!!

Find another doctor and NOW. I was in your boat 13 years ago. Now, after a bilateral radical mastectomy and chemotherapy, I found that I could have saved my breasts had I found the right doctor.

13 years ago I was told that I had fibrocystic disease and that it was not cancerous. Three years later the lump was much larger and painful. I went to many doctors, all who told me that I was "too young" that I "didn't have a family history," that "breast cancer is not painful." Until I too my health into my own hands and DEMANDED a biopsy. I didn't give the doctor a choice. I told him that he was my employee and if he didn't do a biopsy, then I would pay a doctor who would.

Guess what... He did the biopsy and I did indeed have cancer. Had the original doctor done a biopsy I would still have my natural breasts now. Not these saline filled balloons that have no feeling.

Your health is in YOUR hands. You have to be proactive in YOUR health.

    You live in California? Canada?

You help me sweetie, I'll try to help you. I just need info and lots of it.

Been there done that. Do you have a Breast Cancer center in your area? Have you checked out breast cancer support groups? They usually have some great resources for gals in your situation.
