    What is real the law?
I am a 15 yearold teenager that lives with his dad. I currently live in the state of N.H. My dad has had full custody of me all of my life.Mainly because my mom's house use to be an unsafe environment.Wuth 6 half brothers and 3 half sisters that made bad choices my dad won't in court for full custody. Since then my mothers house has calmed down,I would now like to move in with her because of house and school problems. Is it possible for me to bring this to court because my father does not want me living with her still.People have told me that my opinion would not matter in court.Any ideas?Or information it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know the law in your state, but in Pa. once you turn 14 or 15 you do have more of a say in court on who you want to live with. You should be able to get a child advocate through Child Protective services. Even if you can't live with her, the Judge might at least give joint custody to see how it goes before giving her custody. At least it would be a start.
By 18 you can live with whoever you want to.

Your mother will have to file for custody or joint custody, then in court you can testify to what you want, But your father can still remeind the court of what the past problems was
