    Addition to Deeds
Hi, we are trying to find out how much it would cost to have a name added to the Deeds of our House. My partner is the only one at the moment, but we are trying to re arrange our mortgage with another bank, who can give us a much better deal.
Any help and advise would be appreciated.
    Thank you

    Hello Anja:

When you re-fi, it'll be done automatically and won't you cost a dime extra.

If you are not refinancing, how do you have a spouse's name added to house deeds?
