    Washer machine mystery
Hi,I have a older kenmore washer part no.3352844 or model 110 4030090,the bottom part of the agitator is working fine but the top part which is supposed to spin the opposite way does not work well,it feels like it is slipping.Upon removing the snap lid I found 4 small plastic parts resting on top of the agitator securing bolt(for lack of a better word)I think they are used to lock in the top part of the agitator allowing the correct agitating motion---my problem is I can not find a correct way to re-install them ,can you help? Thank you very much

Cheap and easy fix. Would advise replacing the cams (dogs). Go to ApplianceJunk.com Appliance Repair - Service Manuals - Forums - Videos, there is a video there showing you how to replace. I believe it is of a whilphool which is the same as your kenmore.
