    Dashounds backs
I have a 4 year old mini dashound, this morning we got up and she could not use her hind legs, there is feeling in them but she can not walk.
What are our opptions? She is with a vet right now they started giving her steroids, but I would like to know if there is anything else that we could be doing for her.

Each case is different. It is common for overweight to add to such problems. Ask for the vet's assessment of her weight plus do your own evaluation using LongLiveYourDog.com - Life Span Study - Rate Your Dog If she is overweight, cut back a little on what you are feeding her. Cut out anything she is eating except a dry, commercial dog chow.
