    Do we have to pay it
    We got evicted from our house and we are on a month to month lease we got 60 days to get out but we are going to be out by 30 so do we have to pay for the next month that he gave us if we are out by the end of the first month?

    Being on a month to month lease I would say as long as you let him know asap that you will be out within 30 he might let you go on the other month. If your lease says you have to give him more than a 30 day notice he might NOT.

    If you are on a 30 day month to month notice, you have to give 30 day notice. So if you gave notice on the first day of your 60 days, no problem but you can't wait till the end of the first 30 days to say I am leaving
