Sorry I didn't get to you sooner, but I was sleeping. LOL
You have only been off depo for 14 days. It can take as long as 3 months before you begin to bleed. And even as long as 18 months to conceive.
Depo is a very strong medication that takes a considerable amount of time to get out of your system

I took Depo from 1/03 -1/04. Since I got off I haven't had a regular period. 1/07 I stopped having a period all together. I have been Trying to conceive for 10 months with no luck. The Dr checked my progesterone levels and they were very low. She put me on Clomid at the beginning of Sept and now my progesterone is fine. You may consider talking with your OB/GYN and see what she/he says about it!

As J9 said... it can take as long as 18 months for Depo to clear your system and enable you to get pregnant.

You will probably experience some very weird goings on with your body for quite some time depo puts your body into a menopausal state to stop periods and ovualation, be warned though if you are hoping to conceive it can take up to 2 years to leave your system and your body to return to normal.

The Depo shot takes quite a long time to get out of your system. So your chances of getting pregnant in the first year of being off it are very low.
Your body will take some time to adjust hormones levels without the prescence of the shot. Your periods will most likely be irregular for awhile until your body gets regulated to producing hormones at normal levels.

This is what I found for your question!
The medroxyprogesterone prevents pregnancy in three main ways. Firstly, it prevents eggs from being released from the ovaries (ovulation). It also increases the thickness of the natural mucus at the neck of the womb, making it more difficult for sperm to cross from the vagina into the womb. By preventing sperm entering the womb, successful fertilisation of any eggs that are released is less likely. The hormone also changes the quality of the womb lining (endometrium), making it less receptive for any fertilised eggs to implant into.
The contraceptive effect of the injection lasts for three months. The first injection should be given in the first five days of a normal menstrual cycle (day one is the first day of your period). This will protect you from pregnancy immediately. The injection can also be given at any other time in your cycle if your doctor is sure that you are not pregnant, but you will need to use additional contraception, e.g. condoms for the first seven days after having the injection. Further injections should be given every 12 weeks to provide continued contraception.
