    Shouting in sleep
I have been regularly shouting in my sleep and also fighting and I have also been taken off olanzapine for schizophrenia and also depression tablets(citalopram) I have also been having disturbing dreams one of which is when I am coming home on a bus and someone from school is there and they show me that they can duplicate themselves and everyone on the bus except me turns into this person. I am becoming increasingly worried  that I may be losing the plot. Please try to help:)

Hmmm, you have been taken off your meds. Have you started any new meds? Have you been diagnosed with schizophrenia? If you have been, it is imperative that you stay on antipsychotic meds of one form or another.

While I don't know your history, nor do I pretend to... this very well could be a manifestation of your schizophrenia (if you are schizophrenic) due to the overactivity of dopamine in your brain. The medications help to even out the problems with the neurotransmitters. It very well may of to do with your levels of Serotonin also.

Have you taken yourself off the meds? Or has your doctor?
