    Replacing tub spout
    I am trying to replace a tub spout, but cannot take old one off. The spout does not have a screw on the bottom. How can I take this spout off?

    Some spouts actually turn off like taking out a screw check at a local hard ware to see if they have your type it sometimes helps examining the piece in your hand to figure out how to remove one or call the manufacturer on their 800 line for help in removal

    There are two types of tub spouts. Screw on and slip on. Sounds like you have the screw on type. Good luck, Tom
