    You don't know what to write about specifically on the importance of exercise? I am currently, but am switching majors, from exercise physiology. I have a whole power point about the importance of exercise, and I can save the power point and send you the slides if you want. It really goes into detail about the importance of exercise. If you want I can send it to you.. its not overly wordy or anything like that and its really simple to understand.. You can just send me a message with your email/aim/msn or whatever you want to get it.. I think it would be really helpful.

    That's a broad topic... it's sort of like asking the importance of the Internet or transportation.

    Are you targeting a specific age group, gender, activity, etc? Or is it all-encompassing and general information?
