    Cramp relief
    I know a lot of people struggle with bad cramps, so I figured this would be a good question to ask, especially since it may benefit more than just myself.

    I'm 20 and have a pretty heavy period that usually lasts all 7 days of the week.
    Luckily my cramps only last the first day or two... but they're fairly painful.
    I've tried otc pain relief pills but I've pretty much deemed those things useless, unless I'm just not using the right brand. I just bought heat pads that I'm going to try for this month, see how that does.

    Anyone have any tried and true things they do or use?

    A warm bath, does the trick sometimes.

    Lie on your back with your knees bent and a warm water bootle (heat pad of some kind).

    I also massage the muscles which really helps!
