    We just created a llc company and we would like to know if we can deduct expenses (utilities) that are under one of the members name?

    Whose name it's under is not the question. Is this something the company is actually using? Or it's actually one of the partners and the company is just paying for it?

    And please, next time can you start your own thread instead of taking onto a 2 year old one that isn't even related.
