    Tub Drain Pains
    How can I replace a trip lever tub drain when the crosspieces have broken off? Is there some kind of special tool I can use?

    If your tub waste is like the one on the left, (see image) and the stopper cross piece is broken then take a coat hanger, put a sharp bend on it and shove it down inside the brass stopper and hook it back from the bottom. Anything else, click on back. Good luck, Tom
