    I haven't had my period for 2 months!
    So I am 14 and started my period about 2 1/2 years ago and I haven't had my period for 2 months and I am so worried.
    I think it might be because of my diet but I am not sure. I eat about 600-900 calories a day because I lost some weight and I did not want to gain it back because I lost it by not eating a lot, but during that 2 month time I wasn't eating much to loose weight, I had my period every month... and I am so confused because if it was my diet wouldn't I of not had my period during the months when I wasn't eating much? And not now when I am eating enough to make myself full?
    I am so confused!
    And I am scared to tell my mom about it if I have to go see a doctor!

    Significant changes in diet can change your period, along with the fact that you are only 14 and your periods have probably not evened out yet. You going from not eating very much, to eating until you are full could certainly do it.

    If you go 3 months with no period, you should see a doctor about getting something to make you regular again.
