    I need the unlocking code for Honda car stereo with serial number OL 04514...

    See the dealer. Now if the unit is stolen then see the cops.

    Call the dealer, I unlocked mine by giving the Vehicle Identification Number and the number on the radio, it was an older model though and about 6 years ago many policies change
