May I ask why you want to be a blonde for? In my view think you need to stay the way you are, going blonde means stripping your hair and bleaching..

It may not suit your features and, as said before, going blonde from black would be a HUGE hassle.

I think blonde would be too drastic of a change. Not only will your features not mesh well with it (it's most likely going to be very obvious that you dyed your hair), all the work you are going to have to do to you hair to get it blonde will probably be damaging.

If you really are set on blonde, why not lighten your hair in steps. Like start with a light brown, see how you like that for awhile. If you like it, add some blonde highlights to lighten it even more, deal with that for awhile and see what you think. If you are liking it more the lighter you go, continue lighting it in steps until you get it where you want.

I would definitely advise against going from black hair to blonde in one shot.

I don't mean to be sharp but there's a simple answer. NO. Think of it thid way you have beautiful dark complexion (which I would kill for) Adding barbie colourd hair isn't going to work. My hair was a light brown colour and I dyed it white blonde. It looked awful when my darker roots came back and it made my eyebrows lok rely silly because they were so dark.
FACT : you shouldn't dye you're hair more than three shades darker or lighter than you're eyebrows.
