    Commercial lease buy out
Our plaza has just been sold and the new landlord wants our space. We still have 5 years left on our lease but are willing to entertain a buy out . What should we expect from the landlord as to what would be a fair deal/price for us.

    Thanks, Mark

Our landlord wants the space we are leasing. Six years remain on the lease. What buyout expenses can be assumed by the landlord above and beyond moving?
