Go to local courthouse and inquire about the process for eviction. It varies from area to area, but generally you have to give a written notice to vacate with x days (usually 3-7). If that notice is ignored, you file for a court order which means a hearing. At the hearing a judge will issue an eviction notice with a date. If he still hasn't vacated byt that time, you hire a sheriff to put him out.

However, if he gets violent you immediately call the police and have him arrested. You then get a restraining order against him and make arrangements for him to clean out his stuff with a third party present.

You might also consider putting a lock on the fridge and pantry.

Scott's directions are correct if you live in a state where your Bf is considered a resident. A few states do not allow him to qualify as a resident so check you state laws first/too.
