I wonder if I am pregnant... I had bleeding on the periods day... it was heavy on the first day and from the second day onwards,there was no bleeding at all.I have a doubt whether bleeding is implantation bleeding or is it normal periods... I have irritation towards some sounds from then and mood swing too... my basal body temperature was high(99.3 degree fahrenheit) till one day before my periods date and then suddenly there was a drop in my BBT... I had no other symptoms other than abdominal cramping... please can anybody help me in clearing off this doubt...

First of all implantation bleeding is extremely rare and would not cause a regular periods amount of blood.

The first sign of pregnancy is a missed period it sounds as if you are having an irregular period. Have you taken an home pregnancy test?

You are most certainly not pregnant, for a number of reasons...

As Glinda said, implatation bleeding is RARE... you have to think, an egg is microscopic!

Also, your BBT rises when you ovulate and stays high until you have your period, then it drops back down to its normal range... if you were pregnant your BBT would remain high throughout your pregnancy.

So you mood swings and cramping are PMS symptoms.
