I am pregnant and I have not been feeling well for the past couple of days. I have been having menstrual like cramps and I have been feeling very weak. Every time I stand up I black out for a minute or more and I feel like I am about to pass out. I have vomited at least twice today. I have very heavy discharge and when I went to the bathroom my bowel movement was black. Can you please tell me what all this means?

You need to see your doctor ASAP.

Black tarry stool is a sign of injury or disorder of the digestive tract.

You symptom of blacking out and feeling like you are going to pass out when you stand up is a sign of high blood pressure.

These are serious conditions, especially when you are pregnant. Call your doctor ASAP, and if it is after hours, get your call through to the doctor on call.

I have to say that the blacking out is probably caused from getting up quickly which can drop your blood pressure and cause a lack of oxygen to the brain. I used to do it all the time.

Now are you taking an iron suppliment? That will cause your bowel movements to be very dark.

The vomiting goes with the territory. Your preggy you probably have morning sickness.

The heavy discharge is also normal. As long as it doesn't smell overtly bad. It's probably worse in the morning and after you've been sitting or lying down for an extended amount of time.

Now how far along are you will also let us know how to better help you. I am just venturing these as common ailments for pregnant women. I would also like to know if this is your first child or not.
