    Eviction of a employee with no lease or agreement
    I have a house I bought so I could have a place for my employees to stay after we came in from a job out of state.
    This one guy has stayed longer than any one else,I told him if he wanted to stay he could pay the water and elect and trash service since he was there.he only paid a couple of months out of 18 or so, and now he refuses to leave, and I want him out now! Does he have any right to stay,this is in Texas. Thank you.:mad: :mad: :mad:

    No, but you have to go through formal eviction proceedings.
