    Can a loan company repossess my vehicle when I have been paying the interest and have made arrangements with them to bring the account current that they have agreed upon.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    If you have an settlement agreement and/or payment plan in place and in writing, then no, that agreement would preculde any further collection action. But the settlement agreement should spell that out.
