A very long time. That's why its better not to mess with the stuff in the first place. (not to mention the horrible side effects of these drugs) If you have a drug or alcohol problem, you should contact a local agency to help with counseling/drug cessation. A lot of help is available free of charge. A local religious organization, dare program, or mental health center can help you. There is no shame in admitting you have an addiction and asking for help. (If you don't do drugs and are asking 4 someone else then sorry for the lecture!)Hope this helps.
