Sued by credit co, won. Can they sue again?
I won. I received my summons and responded to the court by setting a date for a hearing because I was going to fight -- okay justify and ask for pity. I got there and won instantly because the credit card did not respond within 10 days as the court orders. Is my debt now expunged or can they keep suing me until they get their money? What happens now?

It depends. Did the judge dismiss the suit? Did he do so with or without prejudice? What exactly did the judge say?

You probably didn't "win", but you may have avoided a suit.
