    Payroll Accurals
I am trying to complete my 1st payroll accural alone. I have been advised to use the last payroll of each month verses the 1st of the next month. My question is do I subtract that last from the 1st and continue on with the equation I have been given?

I prefer to use the first payroll of the next month because it more accurately reflects real costs. However, you can use any one you want as long as your consistent each month.
