    Solution for hair care
    I would like to know if anyone knows of any kind of pills or food that will help your hair grow strong and healthy and thick.I am in good shape and just recently got a complete haelth check up done and everythnig is normal so I do not understand why my hair so weak and brittel.What is my body missing?Is it because it could be related to stress?Any imput on this would be appreciated.

    Any stress could cause your hair to become a little brittle. It might just be your kind of hair. Some people have silky and some people don't. There isn't any pills or foods really. But some stores have these shampoos that can make your hair darker/lighter and stregthen it up. Also make sure you're not using a curling/starighting/flat iron everyday. It can really damage your hair!
