    Avocado hair treatment
    1 med avocado, peeled and pitted, 2 tbls honey. Mash together both ingredients in a small bowl. Message into hair and leave in for 30 min. Rinse and wash hair as usual.

Hi, I go to a gym that has a steam room. Is it a good idea to put a treatment in the hair while there, would it benefit even more if a put a plastic cap, or just without it?
