Hi can someone please help me out asap. I went to the hairdressers paid a fortun
E to get my hair dyed light brown they used to colours dyed the whole front of my hair black and the roots. The rest is light brown. And the black is so black. I cannot believe this has happened at a salon and I am not going back there. What can I do? Will stripping and redying destroy my hair? Please someone help me! I heard of a product called effisore. Also the hair dye was semi permanent I have tried everything to fade it but the brown is getting lighter, not the black and looks worse! Pleases help, also what colour will my hair go if it is stripped if my hair has been dyed with semi and not permanent dye!

You need to call the salon and complain and insist on a correction. If you are not familiar with how to color your hair you could make it worse or seriously damage your hair. Call and ask for the owner or most senior stylist and get it done by them. Never walk out of a salon unhappy, you stylist doesn't want you unhappy and telling everyone what a bad job she/he did.

I'm not going to go back because they would probably do an even worse job. A hairdresser I know has offered to strip my hair using effasor will this make my hair orange? And if I dye over it brown will it cover the orange. If the brown fades will there be orange. Sorry I'm just really worried and have had a hard time with my hair colour and I have been going to salons to get it done every time and they seem to have done an even worse job. Can someone help me please?
