    Mini pin housebreaking
I have a mini pin that is a year and half old I bought him from a pet store I had him for over a year and I still can't get him to go to the bathroom outside. He sleeps in a crate and when I'm not home he stays in there. He has no problem peeing and pooping in there then laying in it. (its gross) he always needs a bath. I would love to have him sleep on a dog bed instead of the create but I don't want to wake up to a house full of pee and poop please help I love my vinny but not is bad habbit.

Adding a grid to the crate as I explain in the sticky at https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/dogs/i...tml#post251809 will make it easier to cope with until you correct the problem. It is very difficult to correct such problems where the dog was forced to live in its own filth at the pet store or puppy mill where it was bred. Taking it out and praising it for eliminating outside will help. Making it walk around while out will help get it to eliminate.

You could try leaving it a Kong filled with peanut butter. The problem may be partly from stress. Have you discussed it with the vet? Anti stress drugs might help too.
