    Stacked Kenmore dryer squeak
After reading Applguy's instruction on other brands to fix the squeak I am setting about getting into my stacked unit. Does anyone have any experience with this type of unit. Thanks much.

Are you talking washer/dryer combo? One stacked on top of the other? Still it's a dryer. The squeak could be a roller or the idler pulley. Sometimes you can oil them to elimate the squeal, but in long run will probably have to replace

Maytag Dryer Squeak Squeaky [ 3 Answers ]

My 3 year old dryer has a squeak. It squeaks all the time and not just on heavy loads. It's NOT a super high pitch (like a scream) or a grinding noise. It's a kind of "cherp" - more like a bird. I don't think it's the "awful" squeak others have described. Please help.

GE Elite Dryer Squeak [ 1 Answers ]

This dryer is only 1 year old, so I'm surprised it is already squeaking. It's an intermittent squeak that doesn't happen too often, but it's still high pitched and annoying. Anyone have any insight on what it may be? Something that could be greased perhaps?
