    Child Custody
    I have a 3 yr old daughter who's mother pretty much refuses to take responsibility as a parent. And constant run-ins with the law. I have no means of contact for her.

    What rights do I have FOR my daughter?

    Hello, sorry you and your daughter are having problems...
    It might be helpful if you could give more details about what you are looking for...
    Get the mother and in-laws out of the picture? Take more responsibility? etc...

    Do you have custody, are you trying to get custody? You need to explain what you want in greater detail.

    File a motion in Family Court to get custody of your daughter. Be prepared to present evidence of her unfitness.
