    The Schedules
    Ok I think I'm getting a cleaner picture but I am still a bit confused as to what exactly the difference is between a Shedule type pipe and, well a non-schedule type pipe. Are there any specifications as to what a Shedule pipe has that another would not or vice versa?

So my puppy does not poop when she should. In other words, its clear that she has to poop, so I take her out, but then she doesn't go. And then 5 minutes later, she exhibits signs that she needs to go (a specific whine) and I take her out and she doesn't go. You can feel that she has a full tummy...
