    35% on back child support?
Is it really 35% interest on back child support?
How would you ever pay that off?
If the parents were to take the issue back to court could they agree to change the amount owed? (of course both parents consenting)

    Hello H:

If the child support is COURT ORDERED, you can't change it.

    Hello again, H:

Please keep your questions on the same thread.

I don't know about 35% interest. It depends on your state, and your court order. They can charge close that amount of interest if you charge a TV, so why shouldn't they charge you that much for not feeding your kid?
