    Tragic and confused
    My husband has 2 cases one since 1999 and one since 2000 he went to court time after time and they never reached a decision we left to take care of my dying mother in2002 he returned to go to court but they changed the date so they charged him with failure to appear in 2002 two times we returned to take care of his sick mother in 2007 and he was picked up one week ago I wanted to know if there is a staute of limitaions on any of this

    Okay, reaad everything you put down but I think there is something you are not telling us. Okay, two dying and sick parents, missed court dates and he was picked up for what specifically ?

    Hello lil:

    Once a person is charged, there is no longer a statute of limitations. If a person doesn't appear in court, a warrant is issued and the warrant lasts forever.
