    Tenant default
I gave the tenant a letter of default in rent following Florida State statutes. The three days past and she did not pay the rent. Can I change the locks or is there a process to reclaim my property.

No, you need to go through a formal eviction process. The court has to order the eviction and you need to hire a sheriff to remove her before you can change the locks.

Could you specify the default and the wording of the lease that has been violated?

    Thanks
