    I'm going to assume that you are using Internet Explorer 7 because Firefox would allow you to do this in the Addon part of it. However if you don't have anything set that you won't miss with the computer you could just reset everything in the browser.

    In IE7 Click Tools, then Internet Options.
    Go to the Advanced Tabs
    Click Restore Defaults

    Unfortunately, this may not fix your problem because this software is specifically made to avoid being uninstalled that way it can keep bringing popups to your attention. It will also probably try advertising Software you can buy to fix popups and stuff. It's just a marketing scam. Don't buy anything it tells you will fix your problem. My two cents.
