Jimmy went to his local doctor and stated confidently, 'ive considered the options and decided I was to be castrated'

The doctor is rather shocked at this and asks why he wants to do that?

Jimmy replies 'well my friend had it done and said it drastically improved his sex life',

The doctor, still bemused referred the jimmy to the hospital and a specialist to whom he relayed the same story,

Unable to convince jimmy otherwise the specialist schedules him for the surgery.

A few days later he is recovering in hospital and decides he is thirsty.

He begins waddling down the hallway to the drinks machine when he meets someone else waddling oddly down the corridor.

The man says chattily to jimmy, 'i take it you have also just been circumcised?'

To which jimmy replies 'thats the word I was looking for! I knew it began with a c! '

This cracked me up the first time I heard it lol
