    Mystery water on basement floor
    2 or 3 times in the last 3 month I found a small puddle of water on my basement ceramic tile floor. I don't know where it is coming from, I checked above and there is no leak. It has not rained in 2 weeks. Both times the water was in the same spot.

    Are you on a pump or city water? Copper, plastic or galvanized pipes?

    Also check the A/C condensate drain.
