Is the lever in the position to make ice? Is the freezer temp 5 degrees or colder? Is water running into the tray?

I don't know if I am answering the right way, but the level is in place and how do I know if water is filling the tray?

There is a fill tube at the rear of the freezer that will let water flow into the tray. If no water is comeing into the tray look at the lower back side of the unit and check to see if you have water at the supply line. The water valve could be bad. Do you have a filter on the water line at the back side of unit? If so is it clogged?

I checked the wires on the valve to make sure I...
