Deleted my PC sounds by mistake
I recently by mistake deleted all my PC sounds off my PC I can still listen to music and watch movies but I have no sounds no log on sound or e-mail alerts that kind of stuff.I did this in sonys sonic stage programme that came with my mp3 player, when I first installed it it imported every single sound on my PC but recently whilst fiddling about in the library of sonic stage I deleted a file with all my sounds in it thinking I was only deleting it from my library but I obviously wiped it from my hard drive what should I do to get my sounds back can I download them from Microsoft or something? I use xp home sp2 realtek audio AC97 please help if you can it would be very much appreciated

Just restore your computer to the day before you did it and all should be fine
