I need to add plumbing to my building in my back yard.
I have a small building in my back yard I want to turn it into a nail spa but it doesn't have any plumbing. Can someone please tell me exactly how much it would cause to put plumbing in. I need to add a bathroom with a vanity sink. :(

With the information you gave it would be about as easy to tell you how many miles it is from where you live to where I live.
If you want a ball park answer tell us how far it is from where you want the bath room to where you will connect to the water and to the sewer.
Do you want to have hot water? If so will it be electric or gas? If it is gas how far to a gas line. Does your building already have a concrete floor in it? If so will concrete have to be broken up to install plumbing? Will a plumbing permit be necessary for your job or do you live in a rural area.
    Give us some info.

We can't give estimates without being on the job site. If you presented us with a set of plans we could give you a material list but as far as labor goes 2we haven't a clue. Get three estimates and average them out to get a "ballpark" figure. Good luck, Tom
